Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Wildlife Removal Technician to take ownership of wildlife and rodent control jobs from start to finish. This role is responsible for performing inspections, educating homeowners, recommending solutions, completing exclusion and repair work, and ensuring every customer has an outstanding experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, solving problems in the field, communicating with customers, and performing high-quality exclusion work on roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and other difficult areas. Pay Structure:
First 14 Days (Training) $18/hr After Training Option A — Company Truck $18/hr or 17% commission on completed work (whichever is greater) Option B — Your Own Truck $20/hr or 22% commission on completed work (whichever is greater) Typical earnings: $1,200-$1,600+ per week for productive full-time technicians. Top performers can earn significantly more. Responsibilities Perform wildlife and rodent inspections at residential and commercial properties Identify animal entry points and recommend the appropriate exclusion solution Present recommendations to homeowners and answer questions professionally Complete exclusion and seal-up work using company-approved materials and methods Install wildlife barriers, vent covers, chimney caps, screens, and other exclusion products Perform roof work, attic work, crawl space work, and ladder work safely Set and service traps when necessary Document completed work with photos and notes Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Ensure every job meets company quality standards before leaving the property Requirements 2+ Years of experience in wildlife removal/pest control Sales experience or confidence presenting solutions to homeowners Valid driver's license Clean driving record (No DUIs) Able to pass a background check Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, attics, crawl spaces, and confined spaces Able to lift 50-75 lbs (including extension ladders) Reliable transportation Physically able to work outdoors in heat Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field Professional appearance and positive attitude Willingness to learn and improve Experience using ladders and working at heights Preferred Pickup truck suitable for hauling ladders and materials (if choosing the "Own Truck" pay option) Schedule Full-time Flexible scheduling Occasional weekends or after-hours emergency work as needed Benefits Paid training Company-provided truck, tools, equipment, and materials Company-provided leads Opportunity to earn substantially more through commission Fast advancement opportunities Consistent year-round work Independent work environment Performance-based growth into management or operations roles
