Job ID 128 We are currently seeking an Asphalt Paving Estimator / Sales for the Cleveland area who will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for Asphalt Paving for Commercial Parking Lot projects. Responsibilities:

Analyze Plans and Specifications :

Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements.

Prepare Cost Estimates :

Calculate costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.

Bid Preparation :

Develop bid proposals and pre-bid documentation.

Material and Labor Quotes :

Obtain quotes for materials and subcontractor participation.

Project Coordination :

Work with project management teams to follow up on bids and budgets.

Cost Analysis :

Compare estimated costs to actual costs and collaborate with project management on findings.

Qualifications:

Experience :

Proven experience in construction estimating, particularly in asphalt paving projects ( Commercial Parking Lots ).

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may prefer or require additional education or certifications.

Skills :

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using estimating software. ( Bid2Win )

Communication :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
