Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and basic maintenance. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met efficiently. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment on the construction site. Support the building process by preparing sites, loading materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed. Requirements Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations. Ability to operate a front loader truck effectively. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required. Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
