Job Title:

Assembler Job Description We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. This role involves the assembly and packaging of various products, using hand tools and power tools, and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions. Responsibilities Assemble and package products using hand and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. Tape boxes and count inventory accurately. Lift and handle items weighing between 7-40 lbs. Use small drills, hammers, and rivet machines for packaging. Add foam to cases and assemble mid-sized flashlights. Receive training on operating pallet jacks and automated shrink wrap machines. Essential Skills Experience in mechanical assembly and packaging. Ability to read technical drawings and work orders. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution is preferred.

Willingness to work in shifts:

Work Environment Our work environment is clean and organized, focused on the assembly of heavy-duty cases for lighting accessories and cameras. Safety gear such as glasses, gloves, and an orange vest is provided, while employees must supply their own steel-toed boots. The role involves working with various tools and equipment, ensuring a hands-on and engaging work experience. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrance, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
