This is a hands‑on opportunity for detail‑oriented individuals who enjoy working with tools, following blueprints, and producing high‑quality assemblies in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and bills of materials Build switchboards, panelboards, and related electrical assemblies to specification Verify assemblies for proper alignment, torque, spacing, and grounding Inspect parts for defects, damage, or missing components Perform visual quality checks before and after assembly Communicate progress, part shortages, and process issues to the team Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area Identify opportunities for process or quality improvements Support additional production tasks as needed Essential Skills Entry‑level to early‑career experience in assembly or manufacturing Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Additional Skills Experience with

GMP, ERP

systems, or inventory control Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
