Role:
As an Assembler, you'll be at the core of our production process. You will assemble and inspect products with precision, ensuring the highest quality standards. Your work will also include maintaining a clean and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives. The role offers a perfect blend of hands-on production work and the chance to contribute to process enhancements that drive safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate assigned equipment to assemble and inspect products with a focus on quality Engage in continuous improvement activities to streamline processes and improve outcomes Support the implementation of the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) for operational excellence Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety regulations and ensure compliance in daily activities Record and report production data accurately for monitoring progress Analyze data and production reports to identify areas for improvement Set up and change over equipment as needed to meet production demands
Required Qualifications:
Ability to operate assembly equipment and perform detailed inspections Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain a safe, clean work area Strong communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing roles Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and systems Basic knowledge of the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) or similar operational processes Why Join Us? Pay Details:
