Assembly Lead Location:
North American Air Exchangers Pay:
$31•35/hour BOE (Based on Experience)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday 6:30am•4:30pm Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Lead to oversee daily operations within our assembly line. This role is responsible for coordinating team members, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on manufacturing experience who thrives in a fast-paced production setting and can effectively support both team performance and operational goals. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Previous leadership or lead experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment Strong understanding of assembly processes and production workflows Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Knowledge of workplace safety standards and quality control procedures Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Pass drug screen and background check Responsibilities Coordinate and assign tasks to assembly team members Monitor production output to ensure schedules and targets are met Maintain quality standards and inspect completed work for accuracy Train and mentor new and existing employees on assembly procedures and safety protocols Troubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns to management Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Assist with inventory, materials handling, and workflow organization Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to improve efficiency and productivity #INDT
