Muskogee/Wagoner Daytime Janitor

This position is a daytime position, from 10am to about 1pm, Monday through Friday in Muskogee, with an additional 8hrs to your week if willing to commute to Wagoner on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please note the interest, or lack thereof, in your desire to commute when applying. This position starts at $12/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Refill soap dispensers, paper towel holders, and toilet paper dispensers
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Notify supervisor of any maintenance or repair needs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
