AG Jeans is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Asset Coordinator to support the day-to-day management, trafficking, and distribution of visual assets across wholesale and e-commerce channels. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of all product imagery, ensuring consistency across platforms and partners. This person will serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and external partners, including retouching vendors, while helping to uphold brand standards across every touchpoint. This is a full-time , in-person position at our office in South Gate. Key Responsibilities Manage and distribute product imagery for wholesale accounts and e-commerce (VPI) Oversee asset trafficking across internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery Act as primary liaison with external retouching partner (Ultrafina), including submitting assets, tracking progress, and communicating feedback Receive and implement live retouching notes from internal stakeholders Assist with basic, entry-level retouching as needed Upload and maintain imagery within NuOrder, ensuring accuracy and consistency Maintain and organize digital asset libraries (Box), including file naming conventions and folder structure Conduct regular file and site audits to ensure assets are current, properly formatted, and aligned with brand standards Troubleshoot asset discrepancies and ensure seamless cross-channel execution Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a similar role within fashion, retail, or a creative environment Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Familiarity with digital asset management systems (Box or similar) Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar retouching tools Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
