POSITION DESCRIPTION

Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm seeking a dedicated Assistant Case Manager to join our Pre-Litigation department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting a case manager and show a passion for providing personalized service to our clients.

RESPOSIBILITIES

Support Case Managers in handling a caseload of approximately 75 pre-litigation matters. Assist with claims processing involving insurance carriers, health insurance, Medicare, and Medi-Cal. Provide administrative support in resolving property damage and loss-of-use claims. Locate providers and schedule medical appointments based on treatment recommendations. Monitor and track client medical treatment, serving as an advocate for timely care. Review and analyze medical records, surgical records, and medical bills. Prepare organized case files for the Demands Department. Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients, providers, and internal staff. Work closely with case manager and supervising attorney to ensure excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 year of experience in personal injury as a Case Manager Assistant or similar role. Strong knowledge of claims processing with insurance carriers. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Professional, client-service oriented demeanor. Must be bilingual in
