Property Maintenance & Repairs Starting Pay:

About Us We're a small, established handyman and construction company serving the Portland metro area since 1997. Our team is the owner and one lead journeyman, and we're looking for a dependable, long-term team member. We work primarily with property managers, rental properties, homeowners, and realtors. Professionalism and reliability matter, and experience in occupied homes or rental properties is a plus. We're based in Aloha, and we handle jobs all over the Portland metro area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, staying active, and prefers being out in the field rather than behind a desk. We want someone interested in steady, long-term work who takes pride in consistent, quality results. What You'll Do You'll handle a wide range of maintenance and light construction tasks, including: General handyman repairs Carpentry, fencing, decking, and light framing Interior painting (walls, ceilings, trim) Installing base molding and pre-hung doors Caulking and finish work Light siding repairs Gutter cleaning, ladder work, and walking roofs (up to 2 stories) Loading/unloading materials, digging, and physical tasks Visiting job sites, taking notes/photos Small installations and maintenance items Some jobs are done as a team, and others independently after direction. You'll need to stay organized and responsible on job sites. From there, work is done in company vehicles, and at day's end, you'll be dropped back at your car to head home directly. This position works best for someone who takes ownership of their work without constant supervision. Previous handyman, construction, or maintenance experience is strongly preferred. Schedule Full-time, typically Monday-Friday Occasional weekends or odd hours as needed Pay & Benefits $21.00
