  • Part-time Description This position will support our Gresham site and East Service area.
Schedule :
24 hours/week on weekdays day shift Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Required Qualifications:
Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS
