Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Head of Housekeeping to support the daily operations of our housekeeping department. This role works closely with the Head of Housekeeping to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Assist in supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping operations Clean & Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards Help train, schedule, and support housekeeping staff Step in to lead the team in the absence of the Head of Housekeeping Monitor inventory levels Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
