Pine Grove Resort, a family-run boutique hotel located on the shores of Door County. We are known for our breathtaking waterfront views and exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our small, guest-focused team and help us maintain the high standards our guests love.

Job Overview:

As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of our 45-room resort. Your responsibilities will include preparing rooms for new arrivals, providing stayover cleaning service for in-house guests, and ensuring the resort's common areas are clean, sanitized, and inviting. Your attention to detail will help create a welcoming, comfortable environment for every guest, whether they're staying for a night or enjoying an extended stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces to high standards. Replace linens and amenities, ensuring rooms are ready for new guests. Report maintenance issues and assist with maintaining common areas, including the pool, whirlpool, and beach areas. Ensure cleanliness and organization in hallways, lobbies, and other shared spaces.

Job Requirements:

Must be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting (up to 35 lbs), and standing for extended periods. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus but not required. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
