- Everhome Suites Bastrop We are seeking a driven and reliable Assistant General Manager to join our team at Everhome Suites Bastrop.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day hotel operations across all departments Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and professionally Monitor and manage labor, expenses, and overall hotel performance Support front desk operations, housekeeping coordination, and night audit as needed Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and brand expectations Step in as acting manager in the absence of theGeneral Manager Qualifications:
Previous hotel experience required (supervisory or management preferred) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Experience with hotel systems (PMS) is a plus Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Strong communication and team-building skillsWhat We're Looking For:

Annually Responsibilities:
Manage compliance with company or brand established policies and procedures and any local, state, and federal laws and regulations Consult with the general manager to ensure that all guest service standards are met daily Collaborate with department heads and the general manager to develop an annual budget, and assess performance throughout the year, making modifications as needed to preserve profitability Analyze the performance of each department, report any problem areas, and make recommendations to improve profitability for hotel operations Empower the human resources department to increase efforts for turnover management, employee motivation, and employee growth and retention by providing supportQualifications:
Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality Previous experience managing a team is required; preferably in a hospitality role such as department manager A high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in hospitality management or a related field You must have 3 or more years of experience working in the hospitality field About Company Everhome Suites BastropSimilar remote jobs
