Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional well-being in a dynamic school setting. We are seeking a passionate and skilled School Psychologist eager to collaborate with fellow educators and families. Utilize your training in assessment, consultation, and intervention to help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution Valid licensure/certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility in Texas) Familiarity with the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with teachers, administrators, and families Adaptability to diverse student needs and school settings Experience with MSP workflows preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, including cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments Develop and monitor intervention plans tailored to individual student needs Participate actively in the special education process, including conducting and attending IEP meetings Provide direct and indirect counseling and behavioral support services Consult with teachers and staff to design supportive strategies and interventions Collaborate with families to share findings, recommendations, and progress reports Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to school, district, and state guidelines Contribute as a valued resource within a multi-disciplinary team This contract opportunity offers a chance to work with students and staff near Bastrop, TX, in an environment where your expertise will be highly valued and utilized using a Managed Service Provider (MSP) platform for streamlined support.
