The Kitchen Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager supervises the preparation of all food items and ensures that they are prepared according to established recipes, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.

Inventory Management:

The Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for assisting in the managing of food and supply inventories, including ordering, receiving, and storing food and supplies, as well as monitoring inventory levels and minimizing waste.

Staff Management:

The Assistant Kitchen Manager assists in hires, trains, and manages kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers, and ensures that they are following proper food preparation and safety procedures.

Kitchen Safety and Sanitation:

The Assistant Kitchen Manager ensures that the kitchen is clean, safe, and sanitary at all times, and that all staff members are following proper food handling and safety protocols.

Budget Management:

The Assistant Kitchen Manager assists in managing the kitchen budget, including labor costs, food costs, and other expenses, and for ensuring that the kitchen operates within budgetary constraints.

Customer Service:
