Position Summary The Assistant Law Enforcement Sales Manager supports the development and execution of Holosun's law enforcement and government sales strategy across the United States. This role partners closely with the LE Sales Manager to expand agency relationships, support government procurement and contracting, drive revenue growth, and support field sales team performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand relationships with law enforcement, military, and government agencies, including police departments, fire departments, federal law enforcement agencies, and military logistics organizations. Build and maintain structured customer records and long-term strategic partnerships with key decision-makers. Support the development and execution of regional sales strategies, pricing structures, and channel plans. Lead sales forecasting and performance planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for key product lines. Support negotiation and execution of large-volume and strategic sales opportunities. Assist in managing government procurement processes, including bidding, tenders, GSA contracts, and framework agreements, ensuring full compliance with regulations. Assist management in review and support contracts, helping to identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized product solutions based on law enforcement and military use cases. Lead product demonstrations, trials, training sessions, and field evaluations to support customer adoption. Support new product launches, track performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for product and promotion optimization. Assist in sales team performance management, evaluations, training initiatives, and capability development. Collaborate cross-functionally with civilian channel sales, technical, production, and after-sales teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Conduct market and competitive research, including pricing, promotions, customer demand, and regulatory changes. Prepare and support accurate and timely sales reports and data analysis for management and strategic planning. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; marketing, business administration, international trade, or related fields preferred. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in law enforcement, military, tactical optics, or related equipment. At least 3 years of experience managing or leading sales teams. Established relationships and customer network within law enforcement, military, or federal agencies strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with government procurement, bidding and tender processes, and GSA contracts. Proven experience leading or supporting large-scale government or law enforcement sales projects. Strong teamwork mindset with experience in high-performing sales organizations. Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills. Strong negotiation skills and professional integrity. Analytical, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
