Assistant Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our resort environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, running staff and booking. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail resort management, and the ability to effectively train and develop team members. Responsibilities Assist the managers in overseeing daily operations and resort standards. Managing the phones Mondays and Tuesdays. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, making reservations, solving booking problems, and resolving issues promptly. Train, develop, and orient new employees to ensure they understand company policies and procedures. Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and assist with cleaning cabins or/and laundry. After hours responsibilities. Will need to be close or willing to come to the property after hours. Experience Previous experience in resort management or as an Assistant Manager is preferred. Strong customer service skills. Proficiency in booking transactions through Lodgify. Experience in training development to foster employee growth is a plus. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance customer interactions in diverse communities.
