Assistant manager, Jonesport Store

Assistant Store Manager Overview:

Supports the Store Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and customer service. Acts as the primary backup in the Manager's absence and helps ensure a positive, productive work environment aligned with Hamilton Marine's values.

Key Responsibilities:

Support sales, service, and store operations Assist with scheduling, PTO, and expense control Maintain inventory and merchandising standards Train and support staff development Enforce company policies and procedures Address performance issues with HR guidance Promote a safe and inclusive workplace

Qualifications:

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 1+ year of supervisory or retail experience preferred Ability to manage performance and maintain confidentiality

Physical Requirements:

Stand/walk for 8+ hours Lift/carry 50+ lbs. Use ladders and handle heavy items
