Job Description

Summary:
As the assistant office manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
Acceptable applicants will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year's experience in bookkeeping.
Skills:
Organization, communication, time management, reliability, attention to detail, discretion to manage confidential information.
Essential duties:
  • Daily bookkeeping for all restaurants and related accounts.
  • Filing invoices for all restaurant locations.
  • Handling all employee hire and termination paperwork.
  • Updating employees' job titles, wages, tax information, etc.
  • Coding invoices, checks, and statements to properly account for all expenses.
  • Answering the phone and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communicate with restaurant managers with updated tasks.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Posting job ads.
  • Updating food and alcohol prices for monthly inventories.
  • Training on our accounting software and payroll services.
  • Keeping the office tidy and clean.
  • Assisting the Office Manager with any necessary task.
