Overview Join our vibrant educational community as an Assistant Preschool Director, where your leadership and passion for early childhood development will inspire both staff and students alike. In this dynamic role, you will support the preschool director in managing daily operations, fostering a nurturing environment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs. Your enthusiasm for early education, combined with strategic planning and management skills, will help create a positive, engaging space for young learners to thrive. Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing innovative curriculum plans that promote holistic development and meet educational standards. Support the preschool director in overseeing daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children. Lead staff supervision by mentoring teachers, coordinating schedules, and facilitating professional development opportunities. Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, enrollment processes, and maintaining compliance with licensing regulations. Contribute to strategic planning initiatives aimed at program growth, community engagement, and fundraising efforts. Represent the preschool at community events through public speaking engagements and outreach activities. Supervise classroom operations to uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and educational quality. Experience Proven experience in early childhood education with a strong background in classroom teaching and curriculum development. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with previous management or supervisory roles within educational settings. Experience working with young children and understanding their developmental needs. Familiarity with education administration tasks such as budgeting, program planning, and compliance management. Strong communication skills suitable for public speaking, team collaboration, and parent engagement. Prior involvement in strategic planning or fundraising initiatives is highly desirable. Management experience that includes supervising staff members and coordinating team efforts to achieve educational goals. Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
