Job Description

Our client is seeking a sales-driven Sales Development Specialist to actively support revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and market expansion across fabrication and industrial field services. Based out of Watkinsville, GA, this role reports directly to the Corporate Operations Officer (COO) and offers a competitive salary of $75,000. In this hybrid position, you will blend outbound B2B sales execution with strategic marketing support, generating high-quality leads, managing the CRM pipeline, and strengthening our client's brand presence across digital platforms and industry events. If you have a Bachelor's degree, experience in B2B sales support (industrial or construction preferred), and are excited to travel up to 50% to fabrication shops, jobsites, and trade shows, apply today to join a stable, well-established industry leader.

Generate and qualify new sales leads through prospecting, market research, cold outreach, and industry networking.
Pipeline Management:
Support outside sales and leadership with pipeline development, CRM management, and opportunity tracking.
Customer & Site Engagement:
Participate in customer meetings, job walks, and site visits to identify project opportunities.
Proposal Support:
Assist with the preparation of proposals, bids, sales presentations, and company qualification packages.
Market Research:
Conduct market and competitor research to identify target accounts and growth opportunities.
Internal Coordination:
Coordinate with operations, estimating, and leadership to align customer needs with IMI's capabilities.
Event Execution:
Plan, execute, and support trade shows, conferences, client events, and community outreach initiatives.
Brand & Content Management:
Manage website content, social media channels, email marketing, and promotional materials to strengthen brand presence.
Collateral Maintenance:
Maintain and update sales collateral, digital content, and customer-facing materials.
Performance Tracking:
Track and provide timely reporting on marketing performance, lead activity, sales opportunity status, and event effectiveness.
