Per Contract General Responsibilities:

 The Assistant Principal supports the Principal in the organization, administration, and supervision of instructional programs, school operations, and student services.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

A proven record of instructional leadership A strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered learning Success in improving student outcomes and strengthening home-school communication Experience implementing research-based practices in instruction, student support, and data-informed decision-making The ability to collaborate effectively with staff while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Experience with restorative and trauma-informed approaches to student discipline A commitment to character education and social-emotional development A collaborative mindset and positive sense of humor

Other Duties:
