Tick Applicator Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tick Applicator Technician to join our pest control team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying tick control treatments to designated areas, ensuring the safety and health of clients' outdoor environments. Your expertise will help prevent tick-borne illnesses and promote healthier landscapes. Duties Apply tick control products accurately to lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces using appropriate hand tools and power equipment Operate farm machinery and landscaping tools safely and efficiently during treatment procedures Inspect properties to identify tick habitats and determine the most effective treatment strategies Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, including locations, products used, and application dates Follow all safety protocols and regulations related to pesticide application and environmental protection Drive company vehicles to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and departure from each location Assist with general lawn care, farming activities, or landscaping tasks as needed to support pest control efforts Qualifications Prior experience in sales, pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and driving safety practices Ability to operate equipment such as sprayers, trimmers, or other pest management tools confidently Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for recordkeeping Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions for extended periods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with farm machinery or large vehicle operation is a plus Knowledge of pest control methods and environmental safety standards is beneficial Join us in making a difference by protecting outdoor spaces from ticks while gaining valuable experience in pest management and landscape care. $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
