Assistant Ranch and Facilities Manager

Assistant Ranch & Facilities Manager Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Ranch & Facilities Manager and play a key role in maintaining and operating a thriving guest ranch. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of settings while contributing to livestock care, land management, ranch operations, and facility maintenance. We are seeking a motivated, dependable individual who is eager to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced ranch environment. This role requires practical knowledge and experience in agriculture, construction, equipment operation, and general maintenance. Responsibilities Oversee and perform day-to-day agricultural and ranch maintenance duties Manage and care for the elk herd Assist with hay production and land management Maintain cabins, lodging facilities, and ranch infrastructure Perform routine vehicle and equipment maintenance Keep workspaces, barns, and maintenance areas clean and organized Guide hunts during the fall season Assist with general ranch operations and seasonal projects as needed Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a hands-on outdoor environment Experience in agriculture, ranching, maintenance, construction, or a related field required Ability to operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible schedule and willingness to work seasonal demands What We Offer Opportunity to work in a unique and rewarding ranch setting Variety in daily tasks and responsibilities Hands-on experience across multiple industries and skill sets Supportive team environment and opportunity for growth Benefits Paid Time Off Health Insurance Reimbursement Options for onsite housing
