What You'll Do:

Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, and hygiene Offer companionship and emotional support Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers Support resident independence and dignity at all times

What We're Looking For:

Experience in caregiving or assisted living preferred — but we're willing to train the right person Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans Must be reliable and have good attendance
