This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across diverse practice areas Duties Draft and review a variety of legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence with precision and clarity. Assist in managing client files and case documentation within the law office management system. Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, negotiations, and trial proceedings by organizing evidence and preparing summaries. Participate in negotiations with opposing counsel or parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Stay current on relevant laws and regulations across practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, landlord-tenant law, and litigation. Engage in ongoing legal research to ensure compliance with evolving statutes and case laws. Collaborate with team members on complex cases requiring detailed legal analysis and strategic planning. Maintain accurate records of all case activities and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
Qualifications Licensure:
Candidate must be licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky, in good standing.
Experience:
Legal internship, clerkship, or relevant coursework in foreclosure, collections, or litigation preferred, but not required.
Skills:
Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensure:
Candidate must be licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky, in good standing.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
