Associate Attorney

Job Description Responsibilities:

Prepare and draft documents to support the firm's litigation practices, including all forms of court filings, as well as discovery requests and responses Prepare advice letters to clients and formal correspondence to opposing counsel Conduct legal research Represent clients in court at trials and hearings Take and defend depositions Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Qualifications:
