Position Overview We are seeking a full-time attorney with 3-5 years experience in plaintiff's personal injury/ negligence litigation. This role involves assisting in the Child Victims Act Department and Personal Injury Department. A successful candidate should be capable of managing a caseload with supervision. The candidate must have experience conducting depositions; and covering court appearances. Courtroom experience preferred, but trial experience not expected. The candidate must be well organized, possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be comfortable corresponding and communicating with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and courts. NYS Bar Admission required. Salary commensurate with experience.
