Job Description

A well-established suburban Philadelphia medical malpractice defense firm is seeking a full-time experienced attorney to join our busy and collegial litigation practice. This position is ideal for an attorney who is looking to grow their litigation skills in a supportive, professional environment while working on sophisticated medical malpractice matters. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years prior litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice, personal injury, or insurance defense, and must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. We value attorneys who are motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage their work independently, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents
  • Motion practice and legal research
  • Reviewing and analyzing medical records
  • Assisting with case strategy and preparation
  • Attending court appearances, depositions, and other proceedings as needed
Qualifications:
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (required)
  • Prior litigation experience preferred
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently
