As an Associate Clinician at Telecare's North Sound Evaluation & Treatment Center (E&T), you will play a critical role in supporting individuals experiencing acute behavioral health crises through compassionate, recovery-centered care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to help individuals stabilize, regain hope, and transition successfully to the next stage of recovery. North Sound E&T is a secure inpatient behavioral health program serving adults with serious mental illness and complex psychiatric needs in Skagit County and surrounding communities. Our team utilizes trauma-informed care, evidence-based interventions, and Telecare's Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS) to promote healing, dignity, and long-term recovery outcomes. This role is fully on-site based on program operations and patient care needs. Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm Salaried | Starting pay: $80,168.40 - $88,447.23 Full pay range: Up to $105,279.78 Telecare applies geographic pay differentials. Compensation is based on location and relevant experience above minimum qualifications.
