The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality patient care while demonstrating a strong understanding of general dentistry principles. This role is essential in ensuring that our patients receive comprehensive dental services in a comfortable and professional environment. We are seeking to fill a part-time position practice in Upland CA, approximately 2 -3 days per week. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans. Provide a wide range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures. Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments. Implement infection control protocols to ensure the safety and health of patients and staff. Utilize medical imaging technologies for diagnostics and treatment planning. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance efficiency during procedures. Fabricate dental appliances as needed, ensuring they meet the required specifications. Stay updated on advancements in dental practices, including pediatric dentistry techniques when applicable. Skills GREAT restorative skill set (busy, fast-paced environment) RCT experience a PLUS. Surgical Extractions desired. SPEED and QUALITY Experience with Medi-Cal office, PLUS!!! Strong knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures. Proficient in medical documentation and patient care management. Ability to perform detailed patient assessments effectively. Experience with medical imaging technologies for diagnostics. Competence in four-handed dentistry techniques to improve workflow during treatments. Skills in dental fabrication for creating custom dental appliances.
