Job Description

North Ember Solutions is seeking a driven and professional AT&T Account Manager to join our expanding team in Louisville, KY. We are looking for individuals who can lead from the front, build strong relationships, and contribute to a high-performance environment focused on growth, accountability, and results. As an AT&T Account Manager, you will take ownership of customer interactions, help develop daily sales performance, and serve as a key point of contact for client accounts. The right AT&T Account Manager will bring confidence, leadership potential, and a strong ability to communicate with both customers and team members. This role is ideal for someone looking to build long-term experience in leadership, sales, business development, and customer relations. Responsibilities Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism and integrity Lead by example in daily sales and customer interactions Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Educate customers on available AT&T services and account solutions Support team goals by contributing to overall sales growth and performance Deliver a high-quality customer experience during every interaction Assist in training and motivating newer team members Manage account updates, follow-ups, and service inquiries efficiently Work closely with leadership to improve sales strategies and team development Maintain a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Background in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or account management preferred Ability to lead conversations confidently and professionally Competitive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable working directly with customers in person Coachable attitude with the desire to grow into leadership opportunities Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism What We Offer Paid training and leadership development Clear advancement opportunities based on performance Team-focused and competitive work environment Weekly pay structure Ongoing mentorship from experienced leadership Experience in account management, sales, and customer relations Opportunities to grow into management roles
