This role requires strong technical skills in structural repair, panel replacement, and refinishing preparation, along with a commitment to quality workmanship and safety. Duties Inspect and assess collision-damaged trucks and trailers Perform structural repairs, including frame and body alignment Repair or replace damaged panels, parts, and components Conduct metalwork, welding, and fabrication as needed Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair processes Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, grinding, and masking Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines Communicate repair progress with management and team members Requirements Proven experience in truck or heavy-duty collision repair Strong knowledge of body repair techniques and equipment Welding and fabrication experience required Ability to read and understand repair estimates and work orders Experience with frame machines and measuring systems preferred Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
