If you are skilled with hand tools and thrive in a fast-paced team, we want to hear from you! Precision, safety awareness, and excellent customer service are essential.

Responsibilities:

Remove, prepare, and install windshields, door glass, and back glass safely and efficiently. Work in both shop and mobile installation environments. Utilize ADAS recalibration techniques (training provided). Follow all company and OSHA safety standards and policies. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professional interaction. Handle paperwork in an organized and precise manner.

Qualifications:

Experienced in auto glass repair. Operate hand tools safely and competently. Maintain strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members. Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
