Automotive Mechanic

Specialty Motors, a luxury used car dealership in Round Lake, IL, is seeking highly skilled automotive technicians to join our team. We're looking for individuals with a passion for cars and a strong technical background.

Specialty Motors is a luxury car dealership with over 100 cars in stock. We just opened our second location with service center in Round Lake Illinois. Since 2021 Specialty Motors has been dedicate to providing top-notch automotive services to our community. Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles, with a focus on luxury brands such as Audi, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and Land Rover. Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest diagnostic tools and repair techniques. Adhere to shop policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician ASE certifications preferred Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and braking systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a team
