Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Sales Associate and ignite your career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment! In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and closing high-end sales. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and passion for automobiles will help customers find their perfect vehicle while ensuring a seamless sales experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise, manage a vibrant sales pipeline, and grow within a supportive dealership setting. Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts including cold calling and outreach to expand the sales pipeline. Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles, upselling features and accessories to maximize sales opportunities. Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain detailed customer records for effective sales support. Negotiate deals confidently by applying strong B2B (business-to-business) and high-end sales techniques to close transactions successfully. Deliver compelling product presentations and participate in public speaking engagements or dealership events to promote vehicle features and dealership offerings. Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette, supporting clients throughout the buying process, and ensuring satisfaction post-sale. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones through retail marketing initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or related fields such as dealership experience or B2B sales. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred. Demonstrated success in outbound sales activities including cold calling and lead generation. Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles for accurate calculations and reporting. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently. Experience in high-end or luxury vehicle sales is a plus, along with public speaking or presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation. Knowledge of automotive products, inventory control procedures, and marketing strategies is highly desirable.
