Job Description
Job Description Well established dealer group in the Buffalo area is currently hiring a motivated Sales Manager to join our team. If you are disciplined, can lead by example, and are hands on, then this is the role for you. The right candidate must have exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of overseeing a successful sales team.
Job Summary:
Ensure that the dealership exceeds its vehicle sales and other objectives on a consistent basis, through personal engagement. Ensure that the dealership reaches its profit objective on a monthly and annual basis. You will be expected to accomplish the above objectives by following a process, planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing the activities of the dealership operations. Focus on employee development, processes, training, and retention. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with staff, lenders and partners. Enhance a culture where customer retention is valued and achieved.Primary Responsibilities:
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and objectives and be able to execute actual performance. Reach unit sales volume goals and maintain appropriate inventory levels that meet inventory turn-rate standards. Oversee the process of appraising, reconditioning, wholesaling, and merchandising used vehicle inventory. Achieving assigned profit goals on a consistent basis. Lead by example and ensure that the core values of the Company are always encompassed in behavior. Lead, coach, and mentor associates to develop and retain highly performing professionals.Requirements:
3+ years previous Automotive Management experience with proven record of success Great communication skills Proven results Excellent Leadership Skills Organized Experience in the Finance Office a plus Knowledge of CRM and DMS systemsPay:
