Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document service requests. Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, providing detailed auto estimates and recommended services. Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, and transmission repairs to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely and efficient vehicle servicing. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments for services rendered. Maintain detailed records of all service transactions, repair orders, and customer interactions to ensure transparency and accountability. Stay informed about the latest automotive repair techniques including diesel engine repair, auto body work, air brake systems, shocks & struts, and other mechanical services to provide expert guidance. Qualifications Proven dealership experience with a strong background in auto service management and customer service. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair procedures across various vehicle types including diesel engines. Experience in auto estimating software and sales techniques to effectively upsell services. Familiarity with a wide range of automotive repairs such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, tire services, suspension work, and auto body repairs. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience as a service technician or mechanic is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
