Manage food production processes, including mixing, baking, packaging, and presentation of finished items. Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area. Assist in food preparation for catering events, special orders and our bakery maintaining consistency and quality. Support the team with kitchen operations, including knife skills, ingredient measurement, and equipment use. Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge and addressing customer inquiries professionally. Skills Extensive experience in cake decorating, baking, and pastry arts with a keen eye for detail. Strong background in food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen hygiene standards. Proven skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary arts within the food industry. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Knowledge of packaging methods suitable for retail or catering environments. Prior experience in restaurant or catering settings is highly desirable.
