Part-time General Description :

Professional Security Officer will be considered in Hubbardston Area. Wednesday through Friday evening shifts with some weekends. Starting pay is $18.00 Hr. Professional Security Officer responsible for watching over client site in Hubbardston. Will perform access control at the main entry and act as a visual deterrent on site. Responsible for detecting and reporting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, theft, or other criminal behavior. Security Officer must be observant, punctual, respectful, responsible, calm, and able to de-escalate situations.

Hours:

11pm-7am floating at our Hubbardston site.

Essential Functions:

Conducting foot patrols of site regularly to maintain order and establish a presence Conduct access control for vehicle and foot traffic Observe and Report Secure all exits, doors, and windows during shift and at end of shift Respond to alarms as required by client Create detailed Daily Activity Reports using company-provided software Provide a professional level of service to meet and exceed client expectations

Requirements:

License and Reliable Vehicle 21+ years of age Pass a Cori (background check) Be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime Excellent observation skills High School diploma or

GED Skills Preferred:

Experience as a security guard and or Military/Law Enforcement. Knowledge of legal guidance for area security and public safety Familiarity with report writing Tech-savvy Trained in First Aid/BLS and self-defense

Expectations:

Ability to stand, walk, and climbs stairs for extended periods of time. Must be able to conduct interior and exterior foot patrols as needed. Dependable and reliable attendance record. Maintain a drug-free workplace. Customer Service oriented Excellent communication skills Ability to make decisions with limited supervision Work independently
