Box Truck Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Box Truck Driver responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. This role involves vehicle inspections, loading and unloading cargo, route planning, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. We're looking for a no-nonsense, hard-working individual who takes pride in getting the job done right. Key Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks and manual handling techniques Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently to meet customer deadlines Provide professional and courteous service during all customer interactions Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, mileage, and other required records Work closely with warehouse staff and dispatch to ensure smooth operations Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic every day Requirements & Qualifications Valid non-commercial (Class D) driver's license with a clean driving record Previous experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles preferred Ability to safely use pallet jacks or similar equipment Strong communication and customer service skills Availability for early morning shifts (starting between 5:00 AM and 5:30 AM) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Commitment to safety at all times Ability to lift, stack, and organize pallets as needed
