Duties Assist in the preparation and baking of various bakery items, including pastries, breads, and desserts. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product quality. Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the workspace according to food safety guidelines. Package baked goods for display and sale, ensuring attractive presentation. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and other baking tools safely and effectively. Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and customer demands. Perform cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in the culinary field or food handling is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Familiarity with baking techniques and pastry preparation is a plus. Ability to use kitchen tools, including knives, efficiently and safely. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely. Excellent time management skills; ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
