Position Overview:

As a Teller at Citizens FCU, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members. You will play a crucial role in daily transactions, member inquiries, and promoting our various financial products and services. Key Responsibilities:

Cash Handling:

Conduct accurate and efficient cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.

Member Service:

Provide outstanding service to members by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting credit union products and services.

Transaction Processing:

Process various financial transactions using the credit union's systems and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the credit union's products and services to effectively cross-sell and meet member needs.

Balancing:

Maintain accurate cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each day.

Security and Compliance:

Adhere to security and compliance protocols to safeguard the credit union and its members.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or cash handling role is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling transactions. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills.
