Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM (Bank hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) No evenings or weekends! About the Role Are you a people person who loves delivering great customer service? Join the team at Honor Bank's Lake Ann branch as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) — the friendly face and helpful voice our customers count on. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.). Deliver warm, responsive, and professional service. Help customers understand and access banking products that fit their needs. Manage and process cash and financial instruments accurately and securely. Maintain compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulations. Contribute to a positive team environment and strong branch performance. What We're Looking For Prior experience in customer service , cash handling , or computer use is VERY helpful—but not all of them are required. Confidence managing debits, credits, and financial tools with integrity. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people. A team-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and responsibility. Familiarity with banking products or financial software is a plus.
