Job Description

We are looking for four people to join our cleaning team this summer. This role is perfect for teachers looking to earn summer income while still giving you time to enjoy the summer outside of the classroom. We have two properties, one in Traverse City with four small cottages, and one in Lake Ann with six small cabins and two large houses. Pay is set per unit with a starting rate of $75 for small cabins/cottages, $175 for one of the larger houses and $225 for the other. If jobs are completed with a perfect inspection, each unit price increases $25. Making your daily rate $100-200 minimum. We do our best to schedule two small units each day, paid via Venmo after jobs are completed. All supplies are provided for you and scheduling is based on reservations. Probably 3-5 days a week can be expected. We start at 9:30am and finish by 4pm. Must have drivers license and own transportation.
