Bar Server

In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests while expertly handling alcoholic beverage orders. Duties Greet guests warmly and take their beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Clover, and receive and fill drink orders from servers in the dining area. Serve drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards. Manage multiple orders efficiently through excellent time management skills. Communicate and coordinate with servers in order to keep customer tickets accurate and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations. Assist with setting up banquet or catering events, ensuring all drink service needs are met seamlessly. Experience Previous restaurant and bar experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and energetically. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Experience with retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling are essential for accurate transactions. Background in bar, brewing, or the food industry will support your success in this role.
