Duties Deliver prepared food orders swiftly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment. Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing prompt support during busy service times. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and condiment stations. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing dishes and assisting with basic kitchen duties. Use POS systems such as Clover to process orders or assist with guest transactions when required. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential! Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and proper sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods, walk swiftly between tables, and lift moderate loads such as trays or dishes. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Experience with POS systems Clover is a plus. Familiarity with banquet service, bussing, or kitchen experience enhances your candidacy. A friendly demeanor combined with excellent guest service skills to create memorable dining experiences.
