Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and flair, following established recipes and presentation standards Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, attentive service that enhances their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas, to ensure a hygienic environment Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently to produce consistent quality drinks Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, lids, and other supplies; restock as needed to prevent shortages Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to uphold sanitation standards and ensure customer safety Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and efficiency during busy hours Qualifications Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory counts A proactive attitude with a passion for coffee culture and delivering excellent service Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is a plus Join us as a Barista and bring your energy to an exciting team dedicated to crafting exceptional beverages while creating welcoming moments for every guest.
